RFP Preparation and Project Management
We provide an impartial service where we perform a technical site survey, consult and provide a comprehensive system specification and design so large implementations can be sent out to bid. This helps make sure that CCTV contractors are bidding projects in a fair and competitive manner. We will review the bids and make our recommendations of which contractors meet the requirements of the project requirements. With this service we can also provide an on-site project management to make sure that the installation is being installed to high quality installation standards. We work with our clients to insure the contractor provides the installation that is expected or our clients money.
Site Survey and Consultation:
We provide a free on-site consultation to assure that the system we specify meets our client's needs. We evaluate the facility and evaluate the features that our clients are looking for and custom design a system to meet their needs. Variables we take into consideration on every system design:

System Design:
We custom design every system and provide a layout of the camera locations. We provide all the manufacturers specifications so our clients can make an informed decision. All equipment specified has at least a 1 year warranty with the exception of power products. Most equipment manufacturers carry a 2 year or more warranty. Each camera specified will have a particular purpose. In our proposal, we provide line item pricing for you to review line by line costs so you know exactly what you are paying for.
Installation:
We bring forth high quality installation practices to help insure the longevity of equipment functionality and life cycle. We take every effort to make sure that we do so in a safe and efficient manner to help alleviate interruption of your home or business processes.
Training:
We will train on the basics of the system. How to monitor live video, recover archived video, save video and basic system configuration changes. Our goal is to make sure you have the ability to access the system and make changes as you deem necessary. A CCTV system is a custom installation and does require our clients to make certain changes if they need to as they review archived video such as adjusting sensitivity of motion or frame rate per camera to make sure highest quality of video is recorded.
Service Maintenance:
Typically systems don't require too much maintenance but equipment does have a tendency to fail without warning. We usually don't recommend service contracts because this is very often not a good deal for our clients. We work to provide timely service and maintenance when necessary. We do recommend quarterly maintenance to assure the DVR is recording and everything is working as designed. We charge hourly plus materials/expenses.
